Prime Minister of Norway, Jonas Gahr Støre
Well, I'm very happy to welcome Secretary General Mark Rutte, friend and a trusted partner. It is in fact his second visit to Norway since he became Secretary General. He's going up north today, which is where we met on your first visit, and I appreciate that. NATO is of course, key for Norway. There's a major exercise going on, and having the Secretary General there to get the insights and also the message you are sending by going, we appreciate a lot.

Thank you so much, and thank you for hosting. Thank you for the visit in May. It was really fascinating, to do it together, to the high north. But let me again say that what Norway is doing - in terms of defence spending, the support for Ukraine, keeping NATO safe on the eastern flank, in the Arctic - you are really punching above your weight. I'm really impressed. I really want to thank you for that.
