Application process

The selection process

The entire selection process for the Young Professionals Programme takes place online in four stages: an initial assessment and three selection stages.

Initial assessment

The initial assessment is based solely on the submitted application(s). Only successful candidates will be invited to the next stage. All candidates will be informed automatically about their result once a decision has been made.

First selection stage

The first selection stage consists of two parts:

  • Game-based assessment: evaluating a set of skills necessary for the advertised positions;
  • Online asynchronous interview: consists of answering a limited number of questions via recorded response.

All candidates will be informed automatically about their results once a decision has been made. Due to a high number of participants in this stage, we cannot provide personal feedback.

Second selection stage

Candidates that have successfully passed the first selection stage will be invited to an online asynchronous interview. In this interview, candidates will answer a limited number of questions related to the position they applied for by recording their responses.

Candidates will be informed about the results once a decision has been made. Due to a high number of participants in this stage, we cannot provide personal feedback.

Third selection stage

The final selection stage consists of three parts:

  • Online written test: answering job-related questions in writing;
  • Language test: taking a multiple choice test to demonstrate your level of English or French, depending on which language you are less proficient in;
  • Online interviewassessing knowledge and competencies in an online setting.

Successful applicants will receive more detailed information about the final selection stage via email.
