On Tuesday 24 February 2026, NATO Secretary General, Mr. Mark Rutte, will participate in a ceremony at NATO HQ, Brussels to commemorate the fourth anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

The NATO Secretary General’s remarks at the event will be livestreamed.
