Dragan Nicolic, indicted for war crimes by the International Criminal Tribunal for Yugoslavia (ICTY), was detained by the NATO-led peacekeeping force, SFOR, on 21 April. He was commander of a camp at Susica which was set up for five months in the north-east of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Nicolic has been transferred to The Hague where he will be tried for crimes against humanity, violations of laws and customs and grave breaches of the Geneva Convention of 1948.
