The Secretary of State of the Romanian Foreign Ministry, Mr. Virgil Constantinescu and the Secretary of State of the Defence Ministry, Mr. Ioan Mircea Pascu will visit NATO Headquarters on Wednesday, 14th September. They will attend a meeting of the North Atlantic Council at which they will declare acceptance of the Individual Partnership Programme for Romania which has been jointly developed by Romania and NATO and approved by the North Atlantic Council. The visit will begin at 10.15. Departure and a possible meeting with interested Media at the Main Entrance is expected at 10.35.
