I would to thank all the authorities in Slovenia for having put together such a great event and for having hosted us, and I’m delighted to be here with the Minister and to have had a chance to not only meet with her but with the Foreign Minister and the Prime Minister and the President and the Minister of the Economy.
Really had an opportunity to have an excellent visit, and the seminar has been simply terrific. It is part of a process that we have established as we look… as the group of experts is looking at writing a new… the building blocks for a new security concept that the new Secretary General is going to be putting together, and I think the seminar was particularly successful in terms of raising a variety of issues and of having the various partners that are involved in comprehensive approaches to the problems that are out there hearing what each other has to say.
So I’m delighted, and I thank you, Madam Minister, for everything that you have contributed to making this a successful seminar, and you made a point that I think we all need to keep in mind that is just crucial. This is the first security concept, new strategic concept, that in fact does include the new members of NATO, and I think that that is very, very important.
