I am saddened by the death of one ISAF soldier and the other casualties among citizens and soldiers caused by the attacks in Kabul today.
I strongly condemn these attacks, which will in no way deter the NATO-led force, ISAF, from carrying out its mission of helping the Afghan people build self-sustaining peace, security and democracy.
