On behalf of the Alliance, I congratulate and thank Lieutenant General Yves de Kermabon of France for his year of service as commander of NATO’s operation in Kosovo. His determined leadership and vision were pivotal to fulfilling NATO’s responsibilities in Kosovo and inspired confidence in all of Kosovo’s communities.
