On Wednesday, 4 June 2025, the United Kingdom and Germany will convene the Ukraine Defence Contact Group at NATO HQ.

  • Media representatives with annual accreditation to NATO for 2025 do not need to request accreditation for this event.
  • Media representatives without annual accreditation, who have registered for the Meeting of NATO Ministers of Defence and who have received confirmation of their successful accreditation, can also cover the event. Media accreditation for the Ministerial meeting is closed.
  • Media representatives without annual accreditation or ad hoc accreditation for the Meeting of NATO Ministers of Defence and who are interested in covering the event should email NatoAccreditations@hq.nato.int with the subject line: UDCG June 2025. Please do so before Friday 30 May 2025 1700 CEST and do note that due to the short time to process applications, ad-hoc accreditation may not be guaranteed.
