Apply now for the fourth cycle of the NATO Young Professionals Programme (YPP)!

This is a rotational programme that offers highly talented young people a unique opportunity to work with NATO for three years across different countries and different NATO bodies.

To apply, you must:

  • be a citizen of a NATO member country
  • have a master’s degree
  • have at least one year of work experience
  • be between 21 and 32 years old at the time of application

For the fourth cycle of the NATO YPP, there are 15 positions available for young people from a wide variety of educational and professional backgrounds, including:

  • Innovation, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence
  • Economics and Finance
  • Engineering, Supply Chain and Logistics
  • Human Resources
  • ICT and Cyber Defence
  • International Political Affairs
  • Legal Affairs
  • Strategic Communications and Marketing
  • Programme and Project Management

The deadline to apply is 31 May 2026 at 23:59 (CEST). We encourage you to submit your application well in advance.
