У четвер, 19 березня 2026 року, Генеральний секретар НАТО Марк Рютте запросив Прем’єр-міністра Болгарії Андрія Гурова до штаб-квартири НАТО.
Пан Рютте високо оцінив внески Болгарії в забезпечення стримування і оборони НАТО на східному фланзі і її ключову роль в безпеці Чорноморського регіону, стратегічно важливого для Альянсу.
Генеральний секретар також похвалив Болгарію за її послідовну підтримку України.
