Opening the NATO Summit in Vilnius, Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said Allies will take decisions to increase their practical and political support to Ukraine. “This will bring Ukraine closer to NATO, where it belongs”, Mr Stoltenberg said, adding that Allies will also reinforce NATO’s deterrence and defence, and agree a more ambitious defence investment pledge.
