NATO Deputy Secretary General Mircea Geoană underlined NATO's commitment to Ukraine in a keynote speech at the Budapest Forum on Thursday (22 September 2022).
He stressed that as Ukraine bravely pushes back on Russia’s invasion, NATO and Allies will continue to provide political and practical support “for the long haul”. He added that this "is about the future of democracy, it's about the future world order”.
