The main focus of the proposed event is to train students in mathematical cryptography and to develop a network of young working mathematicians and computer scientists from Central and Eastern Europe who will become researchers and lead the cybersecurity and cryptography educations of a new generation of scientists. The ASI provides two weeks of challenging and fruitful learning, discussion, and development of new ideas and technical cryptography skills.
