This ATC aims to exchange experience and increase knowledge and skills among frontline workers in order to employ preventive efforts countering radicalization and to support early detection. The proposal is primarily a capacity building activity, but also aims to offer platform for overcoming violent extremism challenges through networking, peer learning from Albania and Norway. The planned workshops will be interactive, building on the previous experiences of speakers and participants and the characteristics of the local context..
