In Romania, Secretary General praises deepening NATO-EU cooperation

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg is attending the meeting of EU Ministers of Defence, which is taking place in Bucharest. Arriving at the Palace of the Parliament, the Secretary General praised Romania for making the cooperation between NATO and the European Union a priority for its first Presidency of the Council of the EU. Tonight (30/01/2018) Mr. Stoltenberg will meet with EU High Representative Federica Mogherini, and will discuss Women, Peace and Security issues with EU Ministers. Tomorrow he will meet with the President of Romania, Mr. Klaus Iohannis.
