The NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg met for a working dinner with Prime Minister Zoran Zaev and other leading officials at the start of a two-day visit to Skopje on Wednesday (17 January 2018). Mr. Stoltenberg thanked his hosts for the hospitality and highlighted that it is for him a great pleasure to be in Skopje on his first visit as NATO Secretary General.

On Thursday (18 January) Mr. Stoltenberg will have meetings with President Ivanov, Prime Minister Zaev, Minister of Foreign Affairs Dimitrov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Šekerinska, with the President of the Parliament Xhaferi,  and with other high level officials. The Secretary General will also address the Parliament and meet with members of the opposition.
