Військовий комітет в постійному складі привітав Чорногорію як спостерігача

Генерал Петр Павел, голова Військового комітету НАТО, вперше провів засідання Військового комітету постійної сесії (MCPS) сьогодні (26 травня 2016 року) за участю Чорногорії як спостерігача. 19 травня 2016 року міністри закордонних справ країн НАТО підписали історичний документ – Протокол про вступ для Чорногорії. Після підписання Протоколу Чорногорія отримала статус «запрошеної країни», що дає змогу її представнику брати участь у засіданнях Альянсу як спостерігач.
