On 28 June 2012, the 39th class of the Israel Defense College visited NATO HQ for a series of briefings and discussions with officials from the Alliance's International Staff. The visit took place in the framework of NATO's Public Diplomacy activities under the Mediterranean Dialogue.
The delegation met with Amb. Brengelmann, Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs, with Amb. Gabor Iklody, Assistant Secretary General for Emerging Security Challenges, with Amb. Francesca Tardioli, Deputy Assistant Secretary General for Operations, and with Mr. Nicola de Santis, Head Mediterranean Dialogue and Istanbul Cooperation Initiative Countries Section, Political Affairs Division.
