The NATO Deputy Secretary General, Ambassador Claudio Bisogniero, met today with the UK Minister of State at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, with responsibility for Europe, The Rt. Hon. David Lidington, MP.
They discussed the situation in Afghanistan and the challenges faced in 2010, NATO’s reform process and relationships with Partners. They also exchanged views on the process leading to a new NATO Strategic Concept and the Alliance’s relationship with the European Union and Russia.
