NATO Foreign Ministers started their meeting in Tallinn, Estonia, on 22 April. On this first day, Ministers will discuss progress on NATO's new Strategic Concept, NATO reform, as well as Bosnia and Herzegovina’s aspirations to join the Membership Action Plan, the Alliance’s programme of support to individual nations wishing to join.
On 23 April, Allied Ministers will discuss nuclear issues and missile defence and, in a second session, address the NATO-led operation in Afghanistan together with their counterparts from the non-NATO countries contributing troops to the ISAF operation.
