On 12 March, the Georgian Deputy Prime Minister and State Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, Giorgi Baramidze, visited NATO Headquarters in Brussels and met with the Deputy Secretary General, Ambassador Claudio Bisogniero.

Mr. Baramidze also addressed the NATO-Georgia Commission at the ambassadorial level and discussed with Allies Georgia’s Annual National Programme for 2010.

Allies commended Georgia’s reform efforts and reiterated their commitment to continue supporting the country’s Euro-Atlantic aspirations. During the meeting, the Georgian State Minister for Reintegration, Temur Iakobashvili, also presented Georgia’s ongoing conflict resolution efforts.
