NATO’s Public Diplomacy Division co-sponsors an International Online Conference entitled ‘The new Transatlantic Dialogue: Perspectives and challenges for the European-American partnership’. The online conference, held from 4 to 16 May, is organized by the Friedrich Naumann Stiftung.

The conference is free of charge and can be accessed by everyone. Participants receive reading material which they may discuss with other participants, policy makers and experts via online forums and chatrooms.

The programme looks at expectations on both sides of the Atlantic, and focuses on foreign policy and economy. One of the forum is devoted to NATO and examines whether the Alliance can meet the challenges of the 21st century.
