Opening the discussion NATO Secretary General, Mr. Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, said: "Today's meeting provides us with an excellent opportunity to take stock of the progress achieved so far, and to reiterate our mutual interest in advancing Ukraine's Euro-Atlantic course and related reforms".
One of the main topics discussed by ministers was a development of the Annual National Programme which will help Ukraine plan and continue to implement key reforms.
