On 30-31 January in Belek-Antalya, Turkey, the Turkish Atlantic Council will hold the 17th International Antalya Conference on Security and Co-operation entitled, "Changing Security Environment and a Renewed Transatlantic Vision for the 21st century".
Supported by the Turkish Government and NATO’s Public Diplomacy Division, the Conference is a flagship event in the lead-up to NATO’s 60th Anniversary Summit, to be held in Strasbourg / Kehl on 3-4 April. The event will bring together high-level officials, politicians, academics, media figures and Atlantic Treaty Association representatives to discuss the future of the transatlantic Alliance.
Turkey’s Minister of Defence as well as high-level dignitaries from the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affaires and General Staff will attend. NATO will be represented by Jean-François Bureau, Assistant Secretary General for Public Diplomacy; Steven Sturm, Director of Defence Policy and Capabilities; and Rear Admiral Jørgen Berggrav, representing Allied Command Transformation.
