NATO Secretary General attends the Munich Security Conference

NATO Secretary General, Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, attended the Conference on Security Policy in Munich, Germany on Friday, 8 February and Saturday, 9 February.
On Saturday, 9 February the Secretary General delivered a keynote speech in the context of the panel discussion “ The Atlantic Alliance: Bucharest and Beyond”.
