The Foreign Minister of Serbia, Vuk Jeremic, visited NATO Headquarters on 5 September 2007 and had a meeting with the NATO Secretary General, Jaap de Hoop Scheffer.

During the visit, Minister Jeremic handed over to NATO his country's Presentation Document, a document in which NATO partner countries outline the areas in which they want to cooperate with the Alliance in the context of Partnership for Peace.

Minister Jeremic also addressed the North Atlantic Council and had a discussion with NATO Allies about Serbia’s relations with NATO and the Partnership for Peace Presentation Document.

NATO Allies were united in reiterating the commitment of the NATO-led Kosovo peacekeeping force (KFOR) to maintain peace and stability in Kosovo throughout the status process.
