NATO’s North Atlantic Council and the Political and Security Committee of the European Union met to discuss issues of common interest on 26 March.
This included the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo’s future status and Afghanistan, including EU-led efforts to train the Afghan police.
NATO Secretary General, Jaap de Hoop Scheffer and EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy, Javier Solana, jointly took questions from the press at the end of the meeting, including on Kosovo and missile defence.
