Today at the meeting of the North Atlantic Council (NAC) NATO Deputy Secretary General Ambassador Alessandro Minuto Rizzo condemned the recent terrorist attacks in Turkey.
He said: “Such senseless acts of terror cannot be justified under any circumstances. On behalf of the Council I express our condolences to the Government and people of Turkey and convey our sympathy to the relatives of the victims.”
Ambassador Minuto Rizzo also assured the NAC that “such acts of terror will only strengthen the Alliance’s determination to combat terrorism”.
