A group of 57 students from NATO and partner countries taking part in a 'model NATO' in Leuven, Belgium, visited NATO Headquarters on 26 April.
The graduate students were received by NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer and his wife Jeanine, as well as NATO officials and representatives of the Delegations of member countries.
The students were taking part in a week-long exercise organized in Leuven by the Munich European Forum, which included a simulation of a meeting of NATO Foreign Ministers to discuss the expansion of the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force in Afghanistan and NATO's mission in Iraq.
