The Secretary General of NATO, Mr. Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, will visit Turkey on 28-29 April 2004 to review preparations for the NATO’s Istanbul summit to be held on 28-29 June 2004.
During his visit the Secretary General will meet with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Abdullah Gul and other Turkish officials responsible for summit preparations. He will also address students at the local university.
