The Secretary General of NATO, Lord Robertson, will be visiting Greece and Turkey from 22 October till 24 October 2003.

The Secretary General of NATO, Lord Robertson, will be visiting Greece and Turkey from 22 October till 24 October 2003.

During his visit in Greece, the Secretary General will meet with the Prime Minister Mr. Kostas Simitis, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Georgios Papandreou and the Minister of Defense Mr. Yannos Papantoniou.

In Turkey, the Secretary General will meet with the President of Turkey, H.E. Mr. Ahmet Necdet Sezer, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Abdullah Gül, the Minister of Defense Mr. Vecdi Gönül as well as the Chief of the General Staff, General Hilmi Ozkok. Lord Robertson will also give a speech at the Institute for Public Administration for Turkey and the Middle East, during an event organised by the Centre for Strategic Studies.
