In Berne, he will meet with the President of the Swiss Confederation, Pascal Couchepin, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs Micheline Calmy-Rey and with the Minister of Defence Samuel Schmid. In Geneva, the Secretary General will address the Geneva Centre for Security Policy.
