Lord Robertson, the Secretary General of NATO, will pay a farewell visit to Iceland on Monday, 28 July 2003. During his stay he will hold talks with Prime Minister David Oddson and Foreign Minister Halldor Asgrimsson.

The Secretary General will then travel to the United States. He will participate on Tuesday, 29 July in the UN-Regional Organisations High-Level meeting to be held at UN Headquarters in New York. Lord Robertson will also meet the Secretary General of the United Nations, Koffi Annan.
