The Special Representative of the Secretary General of the United Nations in Afghanistan, Mr. Lakhdar Brahimi, will visit NATO Headquarters on Wednesday 23 July 2003. He will meet with the Secretary General, Lord Robertson and address a special meeting of the North Atlantic Council with representatives of non-NATO ISAF contributing nations.
