During his visit the Secretary General will give the keynote speech at the NATO co-sponsored international conference with the Royal United Services for Defence Studies (RUSI) on "NATO and Mediterranean Security: Practical Steps towards Partnerships", at 09.30. The Conference will take place at Royal United Services Institute, Whitehall, London.
