Lord Robertson, the Secretary General of NATO will travel to Skopje on Monday, 31 March to participate in the ceremony marking the ending of NATO's Operation Allied Harmony and the transfer of authority to the European Union's Operation Concordia.

On the same day he will visit Croatia, where he will meet with President Stjepan Mesic, Prime Minister Ivica Racan and other ministers. He will also address a joint session of the Croatian Parliament’s Foreign Affairs and Internal Affairs and National Security Committees.
