The North Atlantic Council (NAC) and the Political and Security Committee (PSC) of the European Union will meet at 15:00 hours on Wednesday 5 February 2003, at the European Union. The NATO Secretary General, Lord Robertson, the EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy, Javier Solana and the PSC Chairman, Ambassador Tryphon Paraskevopoulos, will jointly take questions from the Press at the VIP Entrance of the Justus Lipsius Building at the end of the meeting around 16:30 hours.
