Lord Robertson, the Secretary General of NATO, will travel to Moscow on 8-9 December 2002.

On 9 December he will participate in the NATO-Russia Council (NRC) Conference on the Role of the Military in Combating Terrorism, to be hosted by the Russian Ministry of Defence.

The Secretary General will have meetings with President Vladimir Putin, Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov and Defence Minister Sergei Ivanov. He will also address representatives of Russian and International business.

The main press conference of Lord Robertson wil take place in the afternoon of 9 December at the ITAR-TASS press agency.
