A tribute will be paid to the victims of the 11 September 2001 terrorist attacks in New York and Washington at a commemorative ceremony which will take place at NATO Headquarters on Wednesday, 11 September 2002. Staff members of NATO Delegations, the Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council missions, Liaison Offices, Mediterranean Dialogue countries, as well as the International Staff and the International Military Staff will attend the ceremony.
Media coverage is strictly limited to the ceremony.
13:30 NATO Site entrance is closed. Media representatives who wish to cover the commemorative ceremony will not be admitted onto the site after 13:30.
