A tribute will be paid to the victims of the 11 September 2001 terrorist attacks in New York and Washington at a commemorative ceremony which will take place at NATO Headquarters on Wednesday, 11 September 2002. Staff members of NATO Delegations, the Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council missions, Liaison Offices, Mediterranean Dialogue countries, as well as the International Staff and the International Military Staff will attend the ceremony.
