As part of NATO's continuing efforts to improve the ability of Alliance military forces to work together, the NATO Standardisation Agency (NSA) has developed a web based questionnaire that is designed to assist in determining the possible need and nature of a training programme for those involved in NATO standardisation.

Intended to solicit the opinions and ideas of those involved in standardisation activities at all levels, the survey contains a broad range of questions designed to:

  1. Determine if a training programme addressing NATO Standardisation would further the achievement of interoperability amongst Alliance military forces.
  2. Identify the target audience for a potential training programme.
  3. Broadly define the scope of any training syllabus and method of instruction (attendance courses, distance learning, seminars, etc).
  4. Gauge the level of potential participation in a training course.
  5. Evaluate the benefits to NATO of developing a training course on NATO Standardisation.

Based on the responses to the questionnaire, the NSA plans to explore options for developing courses of instruction or other types of training on a range of activities connected with standardisation.

Please take a few minutes to complete and return the survey. The NSA considers it vital that we get the views of the "customer" on this issue. Thank you in advance for your participation in this very important endeavour.
