The Secretary General of NATO, Lord Robertson, will visit Moscow on 19-21 February. He will meet with the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Igor Ivanov, Minister of Defence, Marshal Sergeyev, the Secretary of the Security Council, Sergey Ivanov, Minister for Civil Emergency, General Shoigu, as well as members of the State Duma. Lord Robertson will officially open the NATO Information Office in Moscow. He will also give a speech at the Institute for Foreign Relations (MGIMO) and participate in the "Winter Academy" of INION.
