Mr. George Papandreou, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Greece, became Président d'Honneur of the North Atlantic Council on 18 September 2000, succeeding Mr. Joschka Fischer, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany.
Mr. George Papandreou will serve as Président d'Honneur until 17 September 2001.
