This week, preliminary work has begun in planning the "Third Airline Day", scheduled for early November. It will bring together civil planners from NATO and Partner countries, the NATO military authorities and representatives from the airline industry. The theme of the event will focus on future trends in air transport and it will provide an opportunity for development of better and wider ranging working relationships in a fast changing market.
This event is sponsored every two years by the Civil Aviation Planning Committee, one of the three civil transport planning boards and committees under NATO's Senior Civil Emergency Planning Committee.
