NATO's Verification Co-ordinating Committee hosted its 10th seminar on conventional arms control agreements, 2-4 February. The entry into force of the Adapted Treaty on Conventional Forces in Europe (CFE Treaty) and the Vienna Document 99 were discussed by representatives from all 30 CFE participating countries - NATO's 19 members and 11 Partners. This is the first seminar to be organised since the Agreement adapting the CFE Treaty was signed in November 1999.
