The Secretary General of NATO, Dr. Javier Solana, will visit the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, on Thursday, 4 March 1999. During his visit, Dr. Solana will meet His Royal Highness the Hereditary Grand Duke, "Lieutenant-Représentant", the Prime Minister and the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Defence and will address the Luxembourg Parliament.
