Information
The President of Romania, Dr. Emil Constantinescu, will visit NATO Headquarters on Wednesday, 25 November. He will meet the Secretary General, Dr. Javier Solana, and the North Atlantic Council. The visit will begin at 14:30.

Programme of the visit
| 14:30 | NATO Main Entrance. Arrival of President Constantinescu. Open coverage on a first-come, first-served basis.
Followed immediately by a meeting with the Secretary General in the Private Office. In view of the limited space available, only a restricted pool will be authorized to cover the beginning of the meeting. |
| 15:00 | Room 1: Meeting with North Atlantic Council. Welcoming remarks by the Secretary General and the Dean of Council, followed by reply by President Constantinescu. Coverage of the beginning of the meeting by a restricted pool. |
| 16:00 | NATO Main Entrance. Meeting with the press. Open coverage. |
Accreditation
Journalists wishing to cover the visit of the President of Romania will be allowed into the NATO premises on presentation of a NATO accreditation pass or a valid press pass. Photographers and cameramen wishing to be part of the Restricted Pool should contact Mr. F. Le Blévennec.
