Information

The Slovakian President, Mr. Michal Kovac, will visit NATO Headquarters on Thursday, 17 October. He will meet the Secretary General, Dr. Javier Solana, and Permanent Representatives to the North Atlantic Council. The visit will begin at 15:00. President Kovac's departure is expected at 16:45.

Programme Of The Visit

14:55 NATO main entrance. Arrival of Mr. Kovac. Open coverage on a first-come, first-served basis.
15:00 Meeting with Secretary General in the Private Office. In view of the limited space available, only a restricted pool will be authorized to cover the beginning of the meeting.
15:30 Room 1: North Atlantic Council session. Introductory remarks by the Secretary General and the Dean of Council, followed by reply by President Kovac. Coverage of the beginning of the meeting by a restricted pool.
16:30 NATO main entrance. Meeting with the press. Departure of the President of Slovakia at around 16:45. Open coverage.

Accreditation
