Information
The Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, General Aleksander Lebed, will visit NATO Headquarters on Monday, 7 October 1996. He will meet the Secretary General, Dr. Javier Solana, Permanent Representatives to the North Atlantic Council, and the Chairman of the Military Committee, General Klaus Naumann. The visit will begin at 10:30. General Lebed s departure is expected at around 16:45.Programme of the visit
