After the adoption of an appropriate UNSC resolution,
which is expected at around 23.00 hours (Brussels time),
the NATO Council will meet to give final approval to
SACEUR's OPLAN allowing the IFOR to begin deployment to
Bosnia.
We expect the NATO Council to convene in the early hours
of Saturday 16 December 1995. As soon as the exact time
of the Press Conference by Acting Secretary General
Ambassador Balanzino and SACEUR Gen. Joulwan is known we
will fax this information to journalists.
